Ayaas Prayas Charitable Trust celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm, bringing together 150 children for a memorable day focused on health, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. The event encouraged children to embrace yoga as a daily habit while promoting physical fitness, mental wellness, and self-discipline through engaging and interactive activities.

The programme began with warm-up exercises followed by guided yoga sessions led by experienced instructors. Children practiced a variety of yoga asanas that helped improve flexibility, balance, concentration, and breathing techniques. To make the experience more enjoyable and accessible, the celebration also featured Bottle Yoga, where participants used water bottles as simple fitness props, demonstrating that wellness can be practiced with everyday resources.

Another exciting highlight was Musical Yoga, where children synchronized their yoga movements with calming music, creating a fun and mindful learning experience. The event also showcased impressive group yoga formations, where participants worked together to create creative postures that reflected teamwork, coordination, discipline, and confidence.

The celebration concluded with smiles, enthusiasm, and a renewed commitment to healthy living. By combining traditional yoga practices with innovative activities, Ayaas Prayas Charitable Trust inspired children to adopt a healthier lifestyle while reinforcing the values of cooperation, self-confidence, and overall well-being.
