Yoga Day: A Journey to Oneness – Mind, Body & Soul

“Yoga is the journey of the Self, to the Self, through the Self.”
Guided by this profound thought, we celebrated Yoga Day with immense energy, unity, and enthusiasm!

This year, we made history by bringing together eight vibrant clubs, weaving a beautiful bond of social diversity, spiritual oneness, and physical harmony. The celebration wasn’t just an event—it was a movement towards social unity through yoga.

✨ Highlights of the Day:
🌅 A fresh, sunny morning began with soulful prayers by our children, setting the perfect tone.

🧘‍♂️ Guided yoga asanas and meditation sessions led by experienced instructors energized everyone—from kids to grandparents!

🎶 The musical yoga performance by our young stars was truly magical, blending rhythm, movement, and mindfulness.

🏆 Winners of indoor games and the poster-making competition were awarded cash prizes, while two students received brand new bicycles for their exceptional achievements in academics and co-curricular activities.

💫 What Made It Special:
The day was not just about yoga poses; it was about connecting, celebrating wellness, and embracing positivity. It brought together people of all ages to experience the true essence of yoga—balance, unity, and peace.

With light refreshments and smiling faces, the event concluded on a note of fulfillment and collective joy, reminding us all that yoga is a way of life.
